3. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: is designed to create an inclusive culture in organizations ensuring diversity, fairness, and an inclusive climate.
4. Developing Winning Teams: Over 80% of organizations globally focus on teamwork. This course helps develop team leadership, cohesiveness, and a team-based work climate.
5. Transformative Teaching (TT): The TT course refers to learner-centered teaching incorporating autonomous learning, collective learning, and social learning perspectives.
6. Other Workshops: LDM offers multiple other workshops and training courses based on organizational needs. Some of the offered workshops include: Facilitation & Presentation Skills, Developing Winning Project Proposals, Train the Trainers Workshop, and Developing in-built PMI Systems.
